Im Happy about......

* Missy's little Princess birthday party!!!! SHE IS 1!!!! boy has the time flown! I love this girl more than i ever knew i could!! She makes me so happy and i love spending time with her each and everyday! Im happy they live so close to me that i can see her whenever i want... and that my mom watches her so i see her cute little face in the morning even if she is grumpy because she has teeth coming in!!



* That in church today we talked about temples in nursery and they each got to pick a picture and Izzy was on my lap and goes "how silly this isn't a temple... this is a castle!!" haha oh how i love my nursery calling!



* Waking up because i have the fan blowing on me and im freezing cold so i need to bundle up in my blankets! (this is the blanket i got for christmas last year and i love it!!)



* Im excited to go see these........



* I happy i got to spend time with these special people... and drink tons of LEMONADE!! :)



* That the MJ movie was actually really good, and im sad he didn't get to perform that show once..



* Thats its Sunday and I get to spend time with this boy... (yes i know i look hideous with this lipstick on)

Hello Hello Hello!
I like to think life is good now a days! It was a little rocky and scary! I had no idea what was going to happen but who does?!?! Well surely not me! I just can't help but think wow God does work in mysterious ways!

Here's whats on my mind! Probably about a year and a half ago most of you would ask me hey what are you going to do when Blake leaves on his mission and my answer would consist of the same words just worded differently. "Oh you know, go to school, get my license, start working at a salon, and by that time he will be home and we will get married." Well my friends I was definitely in for a bumpy road! Boy did it not happen like that... ya maybe for the first couple of months it went that way, but after those couple of months, something happened that I did not have planned.... NOT AT ALL. (or did anyone else I know that knew me and Blake).

Well this boy entered my life and changed it tremendously!!! I know most of you know already but this boy is Mr Craig Gentry Shumway...*note* i never know what to call him because i call him Gentry but he calls himself Gentry sometimes... or sometimes he throws out the dang Craig card! anyways this is the new boy in my life... well new to you, not to me! :)



Here is a little background on the beginning of something wonderful! Well we met at a fireside, crazy i know, because if you know me I do not like going to those things, and most of the time I only go for dessert! :) Well if you know him he also doesn't like to go but for some reason he still went even tho there was only 10 min. left in the dang fireside... and for some reason i stayed even tho i was going to leave early because i was so dang bored! BUT............... i didn't! Anyways you know I was mingling like you do after those things while stuffing your face with yumminess! And my friend Lisa gave away her number to some weirdo and me and brandi were there bored wanting to leave! Well we were leaving and Mr Jason Jarvis, calls us over because he had a "QUESTION". Ya i think he forgot what his question was because A. he totally ignored us and B. well there is no b, he just called us over for nothing.... so this little boy names Gideon Maximous starts talking to us about some lame-o BROWNIE party that he wants us to attend because he didn't want to make the brownies himself. Yes yes girls i put up a fight and did NOT make him brownies. But he did leave with something special, yup my number! But i didn't give him my number no no no... he took my phone out of my sweater jacket opened it up, and didn't notice the missionary on my screen, and dialed his number and called his phone! Yelp............ I thought ya ya ya so he got my number but that doesn't mean i have to talk to him. YA RIGHT! That would be way to EASY! I made him realize he has to TRY to get what he WANTS! haha! Clearly i wasn't looking for any of this! I already had my life planned... but a part of me had to see what this guy had in him! So I went on a date with him and the rest is history........ haha just kidding! We have had the craziest realationship ever! I wouldn't change any of it tho! We joke and laugh and talk about how it should have never happened and how things worked out so much differently then previous relationships but we wouldn't change it for anything! It has helped us learn so much about each other, how to build a strong relationship, and how to care for others. Im so grateful for this, what some would call a "trial" but it has made me look at life in such a different way.
You never know whats going to happen... which I now love! Its fun to go through life not knowing......... sometimes! haha :)

This is in TEXAS, over the summer, acutally the 4th of July... can you tell?!?! I made him wear the blue shirt.... what a good sport! :) I was so sad that he left in April to go sell pest control that i convinced Brein and Kyle (his brother) to go with me to Texas to visit him! It was super fun because it was my very FIRST trip without a family member!! haha ya pathetic, i know! We went to NASA on the 4th because what better way to celebrate?!?! haha! :) my favorite trip thus far!!!

Ok so yesterday we went to dinner at the Toby Keith Bar and Grill... lets just say i have had better.. and here is why...
A. I don't usually have to stare at girls that wish they had bigger boobs to fill out their shirts so all the guys stare at their tata's
B. I usually like to know that my waitor/ waitress hears what I am ordering... not here! The music is way to loud
C. You know when you see something weird/awkward and you just have to stare. Well Brandi and Amanda spotted a guy with his butt crack hanging out so much it was ridiculous.. how he didn't feel the air brushing up against his bare tramp stamped back i have no idea... Anyways alls im saying is that we couldn't help but stare.
The food was pretty tasty i would go back for the food... I don't know lately the loud music at places has been bothering me but atleast we had something other than PIZZA! haha not that pizza is bad but i have it at lease once a week! haha

*Oh and ps guys i played church softball on wednesday... well shoot i need some major practice on my throwing... i am utterly embarrassed to say that i played on a fast pitch all star softball team! no worries on my hitting tho! I have that in the bag! haha!

Miss Ashlynn!!!

Well first off Im sorry its taking me so long to do a post... but get over it and here is one! :) haha! This is about one of my dear dear dear nursery kid-o's!! I have been in nursery well a long time! haha well since BEFORE i graduated! Ya long time.......... but i LOVE it!!!! So that means me and Ashlynn have been together for quite sometime. Well when we changed to 9am church she was miss grumpy monkey in the morning! She would come in with the biggest pouting face i have ever seen! well besides miss Shelbies, but this post isn't about her its about Ashlynn! Anyways its taken awhile for her to get use to this time but now she just walks it and is the little miss talker and thinks she owns the place! haha well today we had 1/2 as man kids as usual! we usually we have 16 and we had 8! let me tell you it was quite the blessing! i needed a break! Well i was sitting by Ashlynn talking to her while she was doing her puzzle and heres how it goes....
Me: Ashlynn how old are you?
Ashlynn: umm 3 (and she holds up 3 fingers), how old are you?
Me: Im 20 (i hold up 2 fingers and then the other hand as a zero)
Ashlynn: WOW, you could be my mom!!!

Delilah!!!!!

So yesterday Sommer, Brandi, Shelbie, and Myself went shopping for Miss things blessing dress and we were driving in the car and i look over at the darling girl and this is what i see...

how cute is this?!?! she loves her dolly which Brandi named Delilah... after what i have no idea ;)! oh wait yes i do!! I LOVE THAT NAME!! haha but everyone says NO i can't name my daughter that! LAME-O! Come on people its an awesome name! Somehow i will find a way to use that name within my future family... just wait and see! I may have to drug my husband (Blake doesn't like that name either.... i already suggested that name and i got shot down like it was nobody's business!) and beat all my family members up so i can fill out the birth certificate in private but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do! haha just you wait i can see it now, Attention my friends, We are proud to announce the birth of Delilah Daizee Smith!!
